Appointment, Cancellation, and Rescheduling Policy

I place great importance on the quality of my services. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance to ensure that your session is not forfeited.

Please note that if you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your session may be forfeited, and the time lost due to your late arrival will not be added to the scheduled session time. Each coaching session ends at the time previously agreed upon.

Please also note that no refund of the amount already paid may be available in the event of a no-show or a cancellation made at short notice.

I recommend scheduling appointments in advance and rescheduling or canceling them in a timely manner when necessary to avoid inconvenience.

If you require an emergency appointment, please feel free to contact me via Facebook Messenger.

If you wish to cancel a subscription, please do so in a timely manner, at least 7 days before the next payment is due, by canceling the subscription directly through PayPal.

Your booking must be used within 90 days of purchase.

Workshops, Healing Mediations and Courses

As part of our mutual commitment, refunds and cancellations are not available.

Please also note my policy regarding the recording of classes and workshops. I record certain Group Coaching sessions and workshops so they can be made available to others who are interested in the Twin Flame journey.

 

Before a recording begins, I will expressly inform you and ask for your consent. By giving your consent, you agree to the recording.
